We are looking for a Front Office (Guest Service Assistant) to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Below is the requirements for your reference:

* Checking guests in and out.

* Receiving and managing reservation

* Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.

* Providing customer service to guests with information about the hotel

* Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous.

* Well-presented and good attitude

* Competency with Microsoft Office

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Must be able to work on shift (Morning / noon/ night)

* Spoken and read in Mandarin
