About the Role:

Develop and monitor annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports teams, and community events support and benefits administration.
Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employees.
Identify high-potential employees and create plans for development and advancement within the organization.
Contribute to change management initiatives to minimize resistance, enhance employee engagement, and optimizing the overall organizational performance.
Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Supports organization in recruitment and retention strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right positions and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and liabilities.
Preparation of required reports & and analysis.
Develop good relationship in Industrial Labor Management.

Criteria to Meet:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
More than 7 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on management and leadership positions.
Ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to organizational development.
Strong skills in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Expertise in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
Experience in designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
Competence in developing and implementing performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels and convey HR policies and initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Ability to lead and support change management initiatives within the organization.
Proven leadership abilities, including the capability to inspire and lead a team of HR professionals.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards in HR practices.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
