Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Implementation of project plans for hospital development projects.
Collaborate with consultants & main contractors, such as: architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications align with stakeholder needs and industry standards.

Costs Management:

Oversee budgetary aspects of hospital projects, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct regular cost analyses and present budget updates to stakeholders.

Timeline Management:

Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
Proactively identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as the primary point of contact between the consultants, stakeholders and project team, fostering positive relationships.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and government officials to address project requirements and challenges.

Government Liaison:

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with government agencies involved in the approval and permitting process.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare facility construction.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in hospital project development.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to guarantee compliance with industry regulations and stakeholder expectations.

Reporting and Documentation:

Generate regular reports detailing project progress, challenges, and resolutions for presentation to stakeholders, government agencies, and senior management.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing hospital construction or development projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
