Job Descriptions

Support Sales team in administrative support by preparing sales quote, proposal, booking and maintaining accurate records in the system.
Event coordination with client and operations including client’s venue, F&B, hotel, transportation, team building, inspection and other arrangements.
·Participate in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and achieving targets.
Assist in compiling reports, research and other analysis reporting.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferable in business, hospitality, tourism, events or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients effectively.
Enthusiasm for the MICE industry and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in KL (Wisma Genting)
Internship, min 3 months and above.
Possesses CGPA 3.0.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
