Coordinating marketing campaigns
Managing digital platforms
Analysing market trends, and supporting the hotel's business brand exposure and development objectives.
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales and business growth for hotel rooms
Manage the sales team, develop sales plans, and oversee execution to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Manage marketing activities, including online and offline promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and promotions, to increase brand awareness and attract more customers.
Prepare sales reports, market analysis reports, etc., regularly report sales and marketing performance to management, and provide improvement suggestions.
Assist the manager in resolving any issues or concerns

MARKETING STRATEGIES

Assist in developing effective marketing strategies in alignment with the hotel's objectives and target market.
Collaborate with the Group Director of Revenue and Director of Sales to create engaging and effective campaigns to promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers.
Monitor and track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
Manage the hotel's digital presence across various platforms, including the official website, social media channels.
Implement SEO strategies to optimise the hotel's online visibility including drive website traffic.
Plan execute and evaluate email marketing campaigns to engage with potential and existing guests.
Able to manage and cultivate positive relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and partnerships.
Able to be guided to draft press releases, articles, and newsletters to communicate hotel news, events, and achievements.

Job Requirements

Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess a Diploma or Degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, business management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in property industry.
Possess strong analytical, organizational, creative thinking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, aggressive, mobile, positive thinking and have team spirit.
