Job Description

*Handle sales inquiries on provided leads and prospective clients

*Provide advice on space planning & design conceptualization tailored to individual clients’ requirements & needs

*Responsible for layout planning, material, construction proposal and quotation preparation

*Implement site and project management so as to meet project timeline deliveries

*Liaise and build rapport with clients and sub-contractors

*Perform site surveys to ascertain accuracy of measurements

Requirements

*Minimum Diploma in Interior Design with 1-2 years of relevant experience

*Good communicator fluent in both English and Mandarin

*Proficient in Photoshop, AutoCad, SketchUp and Microsoft Office

*Possess flair and a strong penchant for Interior Design

*Creative thinking with the ability to devise out of the box renovation solutions

*Able to work independently and multi-task

*Self-motivated person driven to meet sales target

*Conversant with contemporary interior design practices and design elements

*Possess practical and aesthetic design skills
