行政助理职责
1.管理公司注册并跟进公司秘书;
2.协助员工的差旅安排;
3.为团队成员提供行政支持;和
4.不时分配的其他工作任务。
Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Managing the registration of company and follow up Company Secretary;
2.Assisting with travel arrangements for staff;
3.Providing administrative support to team members;

HR Assisstant
1.Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
2. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
3. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
4.Process employees'requests and provide relevant information
5.Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
6. Colaborate with the Recruiter to post iob ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
7. Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly
8. Prepare reports and presentations forinternal communications
9. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies

教育:高中文凭或同等学历。
经验:有工作经验者优先考虑。
技能:主动性，细致，责任心，熟练使用Microsoft Office，良好的沟通能力，注意细节，组织能力，能够处理多项任务。
语言:中文是必须的。
其他:
1.在人力资源行政助理或人力资源管理员方面具有经验,
2.有使用人力资源软件如HRIS或HRMS的实际经验,
3.熟练操作计算机，有MS Office应用程序的经验。
4.熟悉劳动立法。
5.出色的组织和时间管理能力。
6.良好的团队合作能力。
7.熟练掌握普通话。
