HUMAN RESOURCES
1) Ensure proper records & filling for employees’ personal information & details.
2) Provides advice & support to all departments to ensure accurate & timely information in order to make effective decisions.
3) Prepare & monitor payroll & HR management according to company policy & procedure while complying employment Act.
4) Monitor staffs performance and attendance activities.
5) Organize staff training session & activities.
6) Ensure good communication with all departments.
7) Keep proper documentations.
8) Assist on recruitment preparation & follow up sections.
9) Ability to keep confidentiality on HR information.

ADMIN
1) Answering telephones & transfer to appropriate staff member.
2) Meet and greet clients and visitors
3) Research, purchase & maintenance arrangement for office furniture & fixtures and equipments.
4) Ensure office environment is clean, neat, safe & comfortable all the
time.
5) Prepare & control office utilities / stationery / personal equipments.
6) Preparation / arrangement for training, travelling, meeting and
health & recreation activities.
7) Provide administration support to all departments.
8) Ensure good communication with all depart & government authority.
9) Control & distribute incoming letter or mail.
10) Assist on bills payment, banking transactions, post office mails.
11) Ability to keep confidentiality on all company information.
12) Assist on arrangement for business license, insurance coverage, tenancy & others.
13) Monthly claims verification & confirmation.
