JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct end-to-end recruitment process.
Facilitate comprehensive onboarding process for new employee.
Manage confirmation and probationary processes for new employee.
Handle employee resignation and conduct exit interview.
Handle full cycle of employee training including HRDC grant application and claim.
Monitor and enhance employee welfare program.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly.
Administer staff claims, overtime and allowance submission for payroll processing.
Prepare and distribute annual performance review documents.
Monitor employee leave system including entitlement, balance and application.
Assist in the management of foreign workers to ensure compliance with regulations.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
Prepare and distribute related letter and memo.
Participate as safety committee and address safety matters.
Manage administrative task related to company vehicle and oversee the executive hostel.
Monitors the up keeping and maintenance of office premises and office equipment.
Assist in other task or ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate Superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
