(Location: Gunung Rapat, Ipoh)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource and Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR operations including employee documentation, on-boarding, off-boarding, payroll processing support and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.

You will be responsible for:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee records, benefits and claim administration, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking and benefits administration. Additionally, process and generate EA forms and Form E annually.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Coordinate foreign worker processing and administration.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and handle employee relations issues as needed.
Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support department heads on HR-related decisions.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour law and regulation.
Experience with payroll systems, with added advantage of proficiency in using the HR2000 payroll system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
