Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding of new employees.
Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Assisting in setting up new payroll system, process payroll and statutory contributions accurately and in a timely manner, including deductions, allowances, and benefits.
Administer employee benefits programs such as flexible employee benefits and leave management.
Identify training needs, coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist in performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic HR initiatives.
Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in organizing company events and celebrations.

Job Requirement:

Posses Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and equivalent.
Good understanding on EA1955 and IR Act 1967.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. (Power Point, Word and Excel)
Able to work adapt environment fast and work under minimum supervision.
Good working attitude and high integrity to keep information confidential.
