Assistant Manager, HR Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring a seamless and accurate processing of the monthly payroll inclusive of all the statutory submissions with the timeline. To also ensure in compliance with Company policies & procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
Lead a team of HR Operations personnel, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their full potential and exceed performance targets.
Analyze, recommend, and prepare payroll reports, and prepare HR analytics dashboard to assist senior management in decision making.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in HR operations, and compensation and benefits, providing insights and recommendations for Management on informed strategic decision-making.
Perform internal audits to ensures HR data integrity is maintained at all times. Work with relevant stakeholders on external audit and providing relevant data as required.
Administer Compensation & Benefits related exercise including job analysis, job evaluation and development of salary structure.
Perform ongoing reviews of work processes and SOPs for service delivery excellence opportunities as well as to solidify control to ensure internal and external audit or regulatory compliance.
Responsible for ensuring the employees’ employment record are maintained and updated accurately.
Oversees the Annual Company-wide Performance Review including appraisal data compilation; prepare analysis and summary report; administer promotion exercise; review and recommend salary moderation to maintain internal equity,
Manage collection of data for surveys and market benchmarking with other companies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines with 7 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in team lead role.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve greatness.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at working levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and information and provide improvement recommendations.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs, while handling multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.
Mastery level of Excel, Powerpoint, and Power BI capabilities.
Possess skills in writing proposals, and numerical & Graphical Data Presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and Superior.
Hands-on experience with PeopleQuest payroll/HRIS software
