Responsibilities :

Responsible for company full-cycle recruitment activity, from job posting to New Hire Orientation.
Generating official internal documents and letters, such as offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
Assist in payroll processes, such as verifying staff attendance and Overtime claims.
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Involvement in continuous HR policies and regulations improvement and implementation.
Assist in employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
