Your Mission

Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions & responsibilities in KCP Carey Island.
Carry out recruitment and succession planning activities.
Manage capabilities and performance level across the business unit.
Ensure all HR practices are in accordance with the guidelines and policies set by the Group.
Oversee the administrative matters and function.
Ensure the payroll system is well managed for accuracy and timely payment.
Ensure appropriate training is planned and execute for employees and adherence to annual training plan of 40 hours per employee.
Oversee IT functions and maintenance.
Oversee all security issues and AP function in the factory and are managed in accordance with the guidelines and policies set by the group.
Ensure that the welfare of the employees is in accordance the policies and Collective Agreement of FIEU.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in human resource or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in human resource functions.
Preferably with experience in FMCG/ manufacturing industry.
Exposure of full spectrum of human resource functions (HR generalist/ HRBP experience is highly desirable).
Experienced in liaising with Labor Union.
Preferably familiar with industrial relations.
Preferably with experience managing a team.
