Recruitment :

Handle full spectrum of recruitment activities job posting advertisement, liaise with recruitment agency, screening resumes, arranging interviews, being involved in interview sessions & and interview candidates, reference checks, and orientations.
To check and verify the overall coordination of staff recruitment, confirmation, placement, and separation activities in accordance with policies.
Prepare a letter of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation.

Payroll :

Manage and submit employee's SOCSO/ Insurance claims to such statutory bodies.
Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure zero inaccuracies in payroll and related records.
Manage and submit employee's SOCSO/ Insurance claims to such statutory bodies.
Oversee employee attendance by payroll TMS system.

Talent Management :

To conduct a new joiner onboarding orientation program and conduct and exit interview for resigned employees.
Set KPI and work together with department manager to design an effective performance management system.
Design Training & team building program to align with company goal.
To conduct counselling for disciplinary employees and issues warning letter.
Conduct PIP programme for under performer.

General :

Ensure the application of labor laws.
To handle foreign worker administration duties such as update foreign worker master listing, arrangement for FOMEMA medical check-up, passports, working permit renewal and etc.
Responsible to deal with relevant government and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulation.
To support the HR Manager in compliance with all Company policies, procedures and regulations.
Responsible for disseminating HR-related circulars/memos/communications related to all branch offices, as well as at the Group level.
Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
