Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end hiring process, including but not limited to, managing job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates, tracking hiring progress and status updates, conduct compliance check, preparing salary proposal, salary negotiation, offering and issuing employment contracts, and facilitate on-boarding process.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment requirements and deliver according to the needs and expectations.
Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies to keep ahead in a competitive talent market, develop and manage talent pools and pipelines.
Candidate Screening: To review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
Plan and coordinate recruitment events, including campus and career fairs, campus talk, and student engagement for employer branding and create opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Developing, review and update job descriptions as and when required
Conduct employee’s retention interview and exit interview.
Prepare acceptance of resignation letter and contract renewal letter
Support the HR team with additional HR-related tasks as and when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years recruiting and sourcing experience.
Those with in-house or agency recruitment experience is preferred
Experience in using LinkedIn and other job platforms for the hiring purposes.
Experience in recruiting for Technology role would be an added advantage.
An excellent communicator, verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable manner, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
A multitasker, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
A problem solver with analytical and critical thinking
Highly motivated, result driven, good initiative and a team player
