JOB DESCRIPTION
• Organize all employees' personal file documents to keep in a sharing folder.
• Assist in updating employee’s personal data in the HR system.
• Support any company events/engagement activities.
• Update employee record-keeping regularly and ensure accuracy, security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
• Assist with onboarding management, document preparation, data entry, and maintenance of employee data in HRIS.
• Support various HR initiatives and projects, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Assist in HR operations daily tasks.
• Support office admin tasks and expense management.
• Provide coordination and administrative support duties.
• Handle general administrative support duties.
• Analyze and prepare the statistical data related to HR and Admin.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Degree student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Positive attitude with a learning mindset.
• Pleasant personality and team player.
• Proactive and eager to take up new challenges.
• Attentive to details.
