Assist in payroll preparation.
Assist in implementation of fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Prepare Memo for all new policies and write meeting minutes.
Assist in Foreign Workers Management.
Assist in daily operations of the HR department.
Organize team building events/ activities.
Responsible for the coordination of arranging documents for signing & compilation.
Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, distribution, scanning, printing, archiving etc
