Job Description: We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. As an Insurance Agent at AS HONG YE GROUP, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial protection and peace of mind to individuals and families by offering our comprehensive range of life insurance products. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to assess their insurance needs and financial goals.
Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and recommend appropriate products based on their individual circumstances.
Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients throughout the insurance application process, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies sold, and other relevant information in our CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate with clients and provide up-to-date information.
Collaborate with team members and sales managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Self-motivated and eager to embark on a career in sales and financial services.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experienced insurance agents are welcome to join too, bringing their expertise and skills to our dynamic team.
