Job Responsibilities

Ensures the Group complies with internal regulations and established control protocol not limiting to entailing "Enterprise Risk Management System Management" (ERM); "Environmental, Societal & Governance Sustainability Management" (ESG) and "Governance, Risk & Compliance Management" (GRC)
Coordinate and assist in facilitating risk assessment exercise every year
To provide reasonable assurance to the company on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) by ensuring company Risk Register are well updated and well maintained in the Tricor-Radar System and report to direct superior on time
Liaise with outsourced 3rd party on the IA plans by coordinating with process owners for collection of documents related to information request list and providing process owners with suitable auditing advice.
Follow up on the Management Letters with process owners and updating the process of implementation to direct superior to ensure all the MLs are successfully implemented
Execute the development or implementation of risk based related policies and procedures (SOPs) throughout the companies
Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that internal policies and procedures are implemented all across the organization
Managing Compliance Smartship & Compliance Module in SH Management Portal
Monitor and work on ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) programs with Management
Keeps up-to-date on audit procedures and regulations by attending conferences, workshops and continuing education seminars
May work extra hours during busy audit seasons or to meet certain milestones
