We are looking for aspiring individuals to join our team as a Inventory Loading Officer. You play an important role in supporting recruitment or Warehouse Management Department related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Loading Operations:

- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of inventory onto trucks, containers, or other transportation vehicles.

- Ensure that loading procedures comply with safety standards, weight distribution guidelines, and legal requirements.
- to ensure receiving output quantity is correctly ( stock receiving scan in into eb ware system)

- to ensure shunting item quantity is correctly ( internal transfer scan in into eb ware system )

- checking stock issue for repack ( request by production )

2)Quality Control:

- Conduct inspections of loaded inventory to ensure proper packaging, secure fastening, and prevention of damage during transit.

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to minimize the risk of product damages during loading and unloading.

3)Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of loaded inventory, including quantities, serial numbers, and any special handling instructions. ( all translation record will be in eb-ware system)

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma.
Good in communication and identifying talent.
Good networking skills.
Resilience.
Has an agile growth mindset, is innovative and has strong influencing skill.
1 new headcount is available for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
