Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for recording and updating process Data entry for Logistics, Receiving & Warehouse related documents.
Responsible for monitoring & recording of material flow. (Stock IN , OUT & RETURN)
Responsible for monitoring, counting, & ensuring the accuracy of all raw material stocks.
Responsible for Data Entry, Filing, Compiling stock data into report.
Responsible for conducting annual Raw Material Warehouse Stock counting.
Assist in custom documents preparation.
Assist in stock receiving, retrieving, and outgoing activities.
Assist in the arrangement of transportation booking, packing list, Trucking Instruction and other necessary documents for shipments.
Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics, preferably in manufacturing related industry.
Good knowledge of ERP/MRP system.
Proficient in Computer Skills (Ms Word, Excel, Outlook etc)..
Able to speak and write in good English.
Strong analytical, written and verbal communications skills..
