Create daily routes for each vehicle, keeping in touch with drivers throughout the day and dealing with problems.
Liaise with the branch manager in relation to booking times and references also delays and a possible issue with delivery.
Coordinating between the factory and related department.
Respond to and fulfilled to related department or service order delivery request.
Ensuring that the maximum workloads distributed to each driver can be completed of duty.
Truck service, road tax, puspakom, insurance monitoring.
Payment claim - driver (internal) toll, parking fee.
Checking invoice
Prepare monthly reports for superior.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
Able to work independently
Handle admin ad-hoc task as required
Good working attitude and willingness to learn
Possess own transport will be advantage
Having experience in the field of logistics is highly preferred
Can work overtime if needed
Can travel anywhere if needed
Ability to work under pressure
