Job Responsibilities:

To perform preventive maintenance of machines/measuring instrument in production and laboratory are done on time and effectively.
Responsible for overall facility maintenance.
To ensure safety requirements, operating standards and cleanliness of all machines and facilities are adhered to.
To handle machine troubleshooting and ensure all consumables and spare parts are in place.
To update all downtime and major repair works to Senior Technician/Senior Engineer.
To accept any additional ad-hoc duties relevant to departmental deliverables as assigned by direct line superior.

Accountabilities:

Support production on the equipment readiness.
Perform equipment & facility maintenance as per schedule.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain operational readiness.
Excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of mechanics, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics are crucial to this role.
Follow all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines.
