Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of industrial machinery used in the production of low voltage cables to ensure optimal functioning and minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose machinery issues, analyze malfunctions, and implement solutions to resolve mechanical or electrical problems efficiently to maintain continuous production flow.

Calibration and Adjustment: Calibrate and fine-tune machinery settings and parameters to ensure accuracy, precision, and consistent quality in the manufacturing process.

Upgrades and Modifications: Identify opportunities for machinery upgrades, retrofits, or modifications to enhance performance, increase efficiency, or incorporate new technologies.

Inventory and Spare Parts Management: Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies required for machinery maintenance, ensuring availability and timely procurement to avoid production delays.

Training and Documentation: Train production staff on proper operation and maintenance procedures for industrial machinery, and maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities and schedules.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all machinery adheres to safety regulations and standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents or injuries.
