Description

- Sweep and mop office floors and windows.
- Dust and polish desks, chairs, and office furniture.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Replace tissues, mineral water, soap when needed.
- Empty trash bins.
- Clean pantry/cafe and break areas, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
- Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, stair and etc.
- Report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or equipment, to the supervisor.
- Assist maintenance supervisor on maintenance stuff.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly and are in good working condition.
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants.
- Ensure proper watering schedules.
- Trim trees in a nice shape.
- Wash fishpond.
