Job brief

We are looking for a self-starter Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and service tasks by installing, repairing and servicing automatic lubrication systems or products, including assembling and installing components, testing and commissioning completed components and assemblies.
Tie workflow to schedule, manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Reviewing work orders, specifications, diagrams and drawings to determine materials needed and assembly instructions.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
Build positive relationships with customers.
