Informs therapist of patient arrival and escorts patient to treatment room
Assists with patient treatment or chaperon doctor during consultation as directed by doctor/clinic supervisor/team leader and/or provide coverage as appropriate and needed
Key in patient data / invoices into Gloco Clinic Management System
Documents/receipts/invoices filing
Routinely stocks the linen cabinets and maintains appropriate levels of linen
Performs all other administrative tasks as assigned
Be responsible for all patients that have to be attended to as per physician/practitioner orders
Ensures all patients, visitors, and staff are well served by providing a pleasant and organized atmosphere
