This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Device Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will be responsible for daily project tasks related to medical devices. This includes project planning, engineering, and management. The role is based in WP Kuala Lumpur.
・Familiarize, good knowledge & proper handling general service tools in order to provide break down repair for medical equipment.
・Possess good troubleshooting skill and technical knowledge to attend break down services and maintain good rapport with customer.
・Ensure customer issues are satisfactorily resolved and provide technical solutions by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions with pre-determined completion date, performance and quality criteria.
