Key Responsibilities:

Process all Life and/or Accident & Health/Major claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
Evaluate and gather all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.
Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
Prepares regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.
Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.
Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Science, Food Science, Nutrition, or equivalent.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (dealing with HK market)
Prefer 1 year and above of working experience in lab/nutrition/clinical/ any other related industry
