Execute of shipments including stock planning, laycan planning, booking vessels, Issuing LC’s, vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurance declaration, discharge/ load port agent appointment, LOI, load/discharge operation. Manage trade finance activities, particularly with instruments relating to Documentary Credit such as letters of credit and ensure full operative letter of credits are in place and in control for clean presentation of documents for prompt receipt of payments. Ensure timely settlement of claims and account receivable.

Proactively highlighting risks and issues related to the execution of the shipment to the stakeholders (like Freight management team, Credit, Legal, Tax) so as to ensure appropriate mitigation steps are taken into consideration.
