Operate Milling Machine

Responsibilities:

-Fabricate items such as machine parts and tools.

-Operates and maintains the machines.

-Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to ensure accurate production.

-Takes precise measurements for cutting or shaping.

-Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task.

-Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.

-Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary.

-Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.

-Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.

-Maintains a safe and clean workstation.

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

-Set up and operate milling machines, adjusting settings as necessary

-Read and interpret technical blueprints and design schemas properly

-Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

-Measure and test completed units to check for accuracy and quality

-Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

-Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary repairs

-Collaborate with engineers and programmers to optimize performance

-Follow safety guidelines and regulations during all work operations

Requirements:

1) SPM or equivalent (No spm can apply with experience)

2) SPM with working experience in machining house

-Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety

-Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements

-Knowledge of the properties of metal and other material

-Good at math with analytical abilities

-Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items

-6 working days per week

-Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

-Knowledge of metal properties and machining procedures

-Good discipline and able to take instructions well

- Willing to work for overtime when require

-Proficiency in using CNC machinery and tooling

-Attention to detail
