Job Description:

- To monitor and supervise field operation in the estate on daily basis

- To monitor and record workers outturn and productivity daily. (Harvesting intervals, worker daily outturn, rainfall data, vehicle log and etc) ...

- To ensure that daily FFB dispatch and harvested record are tally daily.

- To substitute as general worker when there are no harvesting work carried out or no FFBs for checking and recording. General works include FFB loading into transport lorries in estate ramp, minor repair work of estate facilities, field work maintenance – spraying, manuring, loading/unloading materials in store etc.
