ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for daily transport activities.
• To assign delivery job tasks to the drivers, update Transport Management Systems on job status
• To ensure all delivery activities are completed within schedule.
• To assist Logistics Planner to schedule jobs and monitor the job progress.
• Coordinate with operations for all matters pertaining to deliveries.
• To ensure all records are updated and accurate.
• Support and assist other team members during peak periods or when facing challenges.
• To assist in delivery of medical products to Public Healthcare Instituition when required.

REQUIREMENTS
• Min GCE “N” or “O” Level, Professional Certificate or Nitec in any discipline
• Min 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Transport / Logistics industry.
• Good PC and Office Skills
• Good working knowledge of Transport Management System (TMS) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently, multi-tasks, and under pressure.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
