Preparation and collation of key data for a demand led S&OP process – customer demand, shipping logistics plan and mine supply plan.
Working closely with the Sales, Production Planning, Technical Marketing and Integrated Operations teams to ensure underlying data is correct and resolution/trade-off options focus on business value. Matching demand and shipping logistics capacity to the mine supply forecast, and aligning plans if necessary in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Including identification of mismatches that require resolution or opportunities that represent value for the business.
