To clean all areas of the hotel thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of hotel cleanliness.
Ensure regular housekeeping activities
Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, storage areas and public areas as assigned in accordance to the standards and procedures
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies (Inform superiors on any damages and necessary repairs)
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
Perform laundry duties. (Gather dirty clothes and arrange for laundry service)
Assist in kiosk maintenance - Check and refill access card on kiosk, update access card timing.
Assist guests when needed.
Handle hotline when needed.
