Requirements:
1) Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
2) Proven experience of min 2 years as an Operation Engineer in oil & gas industry or related industry.
3) Familiar with ISO/ASME specifications & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
4) Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
7) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Key of Responsibilities:
1) Assist with operation team (currently in Paka, Miri, Bintulu, Kota Kinabalu and Labuan) to support client. Ensuring smooth operation through continuous improvement.
2) Assist our team to ensure company vision and mission are achieved through company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
3) Provide effective communication with Client, Operation Team and Management.
4) Provide full support for contract operation not limited to technical/operation team.
5) Provide advice on important company policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

Responsibilities:
1) To performed site visit as per instructed by operation team.
2) Conduct Inspection at site as per requested by operation team (if required).
3) Assist operation manager and support operation engineer for Coordinate, monitor, control movement of manpower and equipment especially for specialized team.
4) Identifies operational problems by observing the operational needs and requirement.
5) Review of the company and subcontractor’s QA/QC manuals, NDT procedures and the like.
6) Provide recommendation for improvement in technical deliveries such as technical report by Inspectors, delivery time, monthly reports etcetera.
7) Actively assist HR with recruitment. This is especially for call-out request.
8) Continuously monitor our operational effectiveness in meeting Client’s expectation and Company’s operational excellence. This may include review and recommendation of operation personnel work distributions.
9) Assist the contract coordination by ensuring contract is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
10) Ensuring that the work is carried out by the inspection teams is in accordance with the client’s specifications, Malaysian and international standard and the company’s procedures.
11) Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
12) Support client and inspector communication with the management team.
13) Provide full support to various company inspection projects. Ensuring the successful completion of the projects.
14) Provide support for training related activities.
15) Implement the ISO procedure and documentation (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO/IEC 17020:2012 & etc)
16) Work together with other staff as a team to make sure company VISION and MISSION are achieved and maintained.
17) Deliver all tasks given with high commitment and integrity to make sure company products are always in excellent quality and ensuring client satisfaction.
