Purpose of the Job
Can operate machine Honeycomb Core Machine HCM-2300G & Honeycomb Lamination Machine HF(D)-1800/45.
To ensure smooth operation of the production line and make sure the products are meet the requirement of customers.

Key Responsibilities and Authority:
1. Responsible for the plant production of quality products meeting both quality standards and statutory requirements.
2. Managing production activities, including planning, scheduling, monitoring of work in progress, finished goods and production planning analysis.
3. Developing and implementing cost effective procedures to minimize cost of production without compromising on quality and productivity.
4. Maintain and oversee the operations and production efforts by initiating, coordinating and maximizing the utilization of equipment and human resources and manpower.
5. To achieve production improvement, reduce rejects, reduce waste and ensure high productivity and quality target.
6. To ensure that products are produced and on time delivery to the customers.
7. To establish and manage machinery preventive actions plan to minimize production downtime and troubleshooting action with production when machine break down.
8. To initiate, coordinate and recommend corrective and preventive actions on customer complaint and manage all quality inspection and testing activities.
9. To attend, participate and be fully aware of all audits activities such as internal and external (e.g. customer & standard compliance audit.)
10. To achieve and establish full compliance for OHSAS 18000, ISO 14000 and EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) and others statutory requirements and regulations.
11. To improve, maintain and monitor the housekeeping (5S) in all areas (plant) by implementing and maintaining best practices.
12. Any other duties, which may be assigned from time to time.
13. Approve all the Purchase Requisition raised by all the departments under his charge.
14. To discontinue production in the event that a Quality problem persists until the problem is resolved.
15. Stop Production and delivery, if necessary, when Quality problem arises.
16. Must fluent in Mandarin - reading and speaking
