Responsibilities:

Job Purpose: The Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in providing Financial Insights, Analysis, and Support to the Organization. They collaborate with various teams to Drive Process Improvements, Monitor Financial Performance, and contribute to Strategic Decision-Making.

Areas of Responsibility:

Strategic Partnership: Act as a Key Advisor and Business Partner to the Order Fulfilment Manager and Business Controllers, ensuring the delivery of Committed Financial Goals related to Revenue, Gross Margin, and Inventory.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Business Controller and Order Fulfilment Manager on 3-year Strategic Planning (SPR), Annual Financial planning (PLAN), and support various Financial Modelling for New Product Introductions (NPI), Product Transfers, Cost Saving and Revenue Maximization Activities.
Process Improvement: Proactively engage with the Order Fulfilment (OF) team to Drive Process Improvements and Achieve Finance Operational Excellence and Efficiency
Business Performance Analytics: Provide Detailed Analysis and Narratives focusing on Revenue, Cost of Sales, Manufacturing Overhead (MOH), Variances, Inventory, Capital Allocation, and Headcount.
Financial Month End Close: Support OF’s Monthly Financial Forecast and Budgeting, including Activities such as Revenue Recognition, Inventory Management, and Expenses Accruals.
Financial Performance Dashboard: Provide In-Depth Bridging on Revenue, Gross Margin and Cost of Sales, with supplementary details on Top 20 customers, discount trend and product mix on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Standard Setting Cycle: Engage with Cost Accounting, Business Controller, and OF during the semi-annual standard setting cycle to review material cost, resource, and overhead rate.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies (AFM), procedures, and US GAAP.
Execution and Follow-Up: Demonstrate strong execution skills and follow through on actionable assignments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a professional qualification in Accountancy with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Skills: Effective communication, strong analytical abilities, good problem-solving skills, and excellent presentation skills.
Attributes: Dynamic, meticulous, result-oriented, and a solid collaborator.
Tools: Working knowledge of Oracle, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, OneStream, and MicroStrategy is advantageous.
