Location: Sapura@Mines / Subang

Part time minimum working hour: 6 hours

Operation time: 6:30 am - 6 pm

Working day: Monday - Friday

Waiter/ Server Responsibility/Job Scope:

Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu
Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
Use machinery such as blenders, and espresso machines to create customized hot and cold beverages to customers’ preferences. (training will be provided)
Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, and follow cleaning guidelines prepared by the manager
Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to food safety regulations

Commis Responsibility/Job Scope

Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils
Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations
Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
Follow all food health and safety requirements
Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage
Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors
Manage inventories
