-Manage the Director's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

-Organize meetings and prepare necessary materials and minutes.

-Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, (emails, calls, etc)

-Assist in drafting high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.

-Perform various administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

-Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

-Conduct thorough research and compile information as required.

-To travel with the Director and his team for Regional Meetings or branch visits (if any)

-Organizing internal events, if required.

-Provide general support to the executive team.

-Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Requirements:

-Previous experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar

-Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are a must.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently.

-Demonstrate discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.

-Knowledge with IT background

-Open to Malaysian citizens only

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
