You will help to arrange board/committee meetings and assist the Secretarial team in timeline planning, taking minutes and circulate relevant memos/reports. As well as the usual company secretarial administration, the role involves attending to all the corporate secretarial matters in accordance with the company acts. You will undertake any other special assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.
