Position: Tooling Process Specialist

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance)

Working Day & Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm

Working Location: Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) KS/12,42920 Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Salary: Basic range from RM3500 – RM4500 (Based on qualifications + experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

ABOUT THE JOB

The Tooling Process Specialist will be responsible for fulfilment of tools across the region providing support in the areas of order fulfilment, general operations, systems support, order tracking and other administrative activities. Responsible for engaging in order entry, management and tracking of tools utilizing digital platforms for Tooling Management.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in tool handling or a warehouse environment
Advanced computer knowledge
Understanding of lean tools, fundamentals, and processes.
High energy, self-starter
Strategic and systems thinker
Green belt / Black Belt or equivalent quality certification
Strong team player attitude; maintain flexibility within the changing business priorities
Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
English Proficiency Required

Physical Requirements

Must be able to see and move throughout warehouse to resolve work problems and facilitate processes; repetitive motion activities may be involved.
Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
Ability and willingness to handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs.
