Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee and industrial relations, employee welfare, compensation and benefits, training and development, talent management, human capital management, expatriate management, performance management system, organization design and development, change and security management.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
To manage and oversee the monthly payroll processing and government statutory requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate solutions.
Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
