Responsibility

Identify and source for potential suppliers in the market place.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in order to maintain and improve product quality.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers as well as analyze costs to secure favourable term.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
Process with and approve Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) by following the purchasing procedure.
Any ad hoc tasks assign by superior.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource Management or any relevant fields.
Good knowledge in computer application especially Microsoft Excel and others essential office productivity tools.
Pleasant personality, good working attitude and a problem solver.
Proactive, trustworthy, self-motivated team player with excellent planning and organization skills.
Able to handle multiple demands, well organize, details oriented and meets deadline.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
Able to work at Pandan Jaya HQ.
