Procurement Director

Job responsibilities:

- Oversee the Procurement function for the smooth operation in material and service supply to meet company objectives.

- Ensure the procurement basic policy & strategy will be complied and executed by the Buyer.

- Review the purchasing processes and update the procedure as deem necessary to enhance for quality compliance.

- Lead the purchasing team to meet the mid-term plan for KPI achievement.

- Monitor, review and analyze bids and quotes with suppliers, including the negotiation of service agreements and contracts.

- Guidance to buyers from time to time as required of purchasing function.

- Regularly review for potentially improve the purchasing process through the information technology.

- Analyze the specific risks and market conditions that arise throughout business operations in order to take the necessary precautions to avert issues or potential losses.

- Establishes Procurement objectives that are consistent with Operations Department, Material Department and Program Management objectives, and measures/evaluates procurement performance.

- Develop strategic procurement plans based on forecasts from sales and/or production control

- Optimize the level of the purchase volume to avoid the huge excess impact the inventory holding cost.

Quality Assurance Director

Job responsibilities:

Lead, with quality assurance and quality control management, the development and implementation of strategies for new and existing products to meet the business needs.
Assures quality products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards and testing materials and products.
Develops raw material standards by studying manufacturing and engineering requirements, conferring and negotiating with suppliers, and devising testing methods and procedures.
Establishes standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation tests, methods, and procedures.
Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements.
Collaborates with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs and manufacturing and training methods.
Identify possible errors and areas of improvement.
Continuously evaluate the firm's QA/QC program and technical standard resources and initiatives, and lead efforts to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Operation Director

Job responsibilities:

Manage operation KPI.
Manage overall 5’s & production activities.
Manage potential 2Q leak-out, market issue, prevention & escalation.
Maximize manpower utilization.
Overall loss time & unloading monitoring.
Review and control total operation manufacturing cost.
Equipment and machine standardization.
New model FMEA and MPI.
Develop young talent manager.
Escalation on potential leak out market issue.
To align all operation KPI with company target.
To adapt to frequent market changes.
To comply with all ISO rules and regulations.
Investment planning for equipment or machinery

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in Electrical & Electronic or relevant field
Min 5 years working experience in Managing of Operation / Procurement / Quality Assurance
Data analysis & statistical skills.
Excellent in verbal & written communication.
Good interpersonal skills including of presentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
