As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the marketing efforts for a specific product line. Your responsibilities will include market analysis, product development, portfolio management and marketing planning. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
o Oversee market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for new product development.
o Analyzes sales, financial and other data to support planning and creating recommendations to achieve objectives.
o Develops long- and short-term product line/program strategies and plans to achieve identified volume for the assigned product portfolio.
2. Marketing Planning and Execution:
o Works closely with brand communications, sales training and launch team to develop promotional programs & tools that support product line/program plans.
o Manages marketing activities related to assigned products and programs.
o Conduct training for field sales & other audiences.
3. Portfolio Management:
o Represents and makes marketing decisions individually and on project teams for new product development and lifecycle management. Establishes market need definitions based on field input and product gap analysis.
o Works with outside suppliers & consultants as required.
o Sought out by field and other internal & external audiences for expertise and product knowledge.
o Interfaces closely with other disciplines (ie, sales, manufacturing, engineering) to implement product line plans.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development, or a related field.
At least 6 years’ experience in Product Marketing– can be in consumer products or other B2B industries.
Preferable experience in portfolio management, product development.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, and creativity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,300.00 - RM8,400.00 per month
