Summary

The person will be responsible to oversee the end to end production process and ensure all manufacturing activities are in order, ensuring smooth production line. This include working with other managers in strategizing to find cost-effective deals, preparing budgets and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Oversees end to end production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand
Overseeing business process to maximize long term PROFITABILITY

Implement strategies to improve operation efficiency and performances

Improving Operational Management systems and processes, managing budgets and forecasting
of necessary resources (raw materials and etc)

Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

Plan workers’ schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines

Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives

Responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output

Requirements:

At least 3 – 5 years of experience in production/ operation in the manufacturing environment preferably F&B industry but open to other industry in similar role.
Strong knowledge in production management
Strong understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations especially in HACCP / GMP environment
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Proficient in MS Office, ERP software or similar
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
Attention to detail
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
