Duties and responsibilities

Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line(s), ensure compliance of standards.
May be responsible for the management and supervision of production technicians and supervisors for senior positions.
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

Bachelor's Degree Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical/Electrical Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge and experience in manufacturing process or manufacturing industrial.
Experience in controlling production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve desired target.
Experience in managing a group of non executive employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
Experience in process improvement and project management.
Good Technical report writing skill.
Preferably having knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR requirement, process FMEA, validation compliance, change control activities and customer complaints (NCIR/CAPA).
Preferably having knowledge and experience in Extrusion process.
Strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
