Ensure Standard Operation Procedure is strictly observed during production washing and the factory internal and external area is always tidy and clean at all times.

Fill in the shell in form for eggs received (date, invoice no. suppliers, grade, quantity), issue GRN if any rejected.

Any other duties as assigned by Director.
